About Us: AARCC – Bringing Hope to Cancer Patients

At Archangel Raphael Cancer Care organization (AARCC), we believe in the power of hope, compassion, and dedicated care. As a Coptic Christian non-profit organization, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of cancer patients in Egypt. Our mission is simple yet profound: to provide free, professional support services to anyone affected by cancer, ensuring they receive the help they need throughout their cancer journey.

 

Our Reach

AARCC is proud to extend its support to Egypt, helping individuals and families facing cancer no matter where they are. AARCC will partner with local nonprofit and governmental organizations, private hospitals and cancer centers to ensure patients have access to life-saving treatments along with the emotional/financial and spiritual support they need. Our initial project was to partner with St. Takla Hospital in Alexandria who established St. Takla and Compassionate Virgin Mary Oncology Clinic to help cancer patients navigate the challenges of cancer diagnosis with dignity and care.

Our Mission: Comprehensive Support for Cancer Patients

We understand that a cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming, which is why AARCC provides a range of critical services to ease the burden on patients and their families. Our services include:

• Screening and early detection: such as Mammography, Pap smear and colonoscopy for average and high-risk individuals.

• Resource Navigation: Helping patients find and access treatment, cancer specialist, and needed financial aid.

• Counseling: Providing emotional support through one-on-one counseling sessions to help patients and families cope with the challenges of cancer.

• Support Groups: Connecting patients with others who share similar experiences, creating a community of understanding and hope.

• Financial Assistance: to cover costs associated with treatment, transportation, or other urgent needs.

• Spiritual care and wellbeing.

• Recovery and rehabilitation service to restore body image , function and mobility.

All our services are delivered by cancer care experts who are deeply passionate about providing compassionate and comprehensive support.
